Let the trade press know about your participation in ICE USA 2013 by providing press information well ahead of the show. The trade press is usually interested in hearing about exhibitors’ activities and innovative products early on and ICE USA offers a number of facilities to help you reach the media.
Exhibitors can increase their digital presence before and during the show with one of the ICE USA Online Marketing Packages.
Distribution of Exhibitor Press Releases
ICE USA will distribute ICE Insight Newsletters to over 30,000 past attendees and industry contacts from the converting industry leading up to the show. We would be more than happy to receive your press information for this newsletter. Should you have any news about a newly launched product, please send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Show Media Updates
Throughout the year, our Public Relations Agency issues periodic Show updates to key industry trade publications, so please let us know what new products you will be introducing at the Show. The last Media update will be sent in early April so please send your information to Tim Ward any time between October 1, 2012 and April 1, 2013.
Contacting Industry Publications
Contact our public relations agency to obtain a list of industry publications along with the contacts to whom you should send your Press Releases. In addition, you may wish to advertise in these magazines and include the Show logo and your booth number indicating your participation. Customizable logos are available at the Promo Tools microsite, EPS files are also available under Downloads.
Press Kit Distribution
Take advantage of the opportunity to distribute your press materials to editors from the major industry publications.
We suggest you bring 25 press kits, in English, to our onsite Press Office at the show containing the following information: Brief description of your major exhibits, indicating clearly what is new or improved and giving the applications, performance and advantages of the product/system; photo material if available. Your company name, booth number and the respective language version should be clearly visible on the outside front cover of the press kits.
The Press Office is the first port of call for journalists. Exhibitors’ press packets will be displayed on press shelves within the office and available to the press throughout the show.

The ICE USA social media network is designed to foster social media engagement among professionals in the converting of web materials, such as paper, film, foil, and nonwovens. The various platforms such asTwitter and Facebook, will allow individuals to converse on a variety of topics ranging from technical issues to career advice. The ICE USA network will feature content from social media platforms, blogs, videos, surveys, chats, personal profiles and links to case histories, articles, product updates and other valuable information from leading industry resources.

Press Conference Rooms
Exhibitors may sign up for a one-hour timeslot in the Show’s Press Conference Room to hold press briefings during the Show. Space is limited and can be reserved by contacting Tim Ward. Note: If your news is significant to a unique segment of the Converting Industry, it may be more effective to schedule individual meetings with select editors, as they organize their time very tightly and cannot attend all press conferences.
