ICE USA 2019 Priority Space Draw Timeline

November 2017

ICE USA 2019 sales open. Detailed information including pricing and an online space contract will be emailed to all past and prospective exhibitors. Using the online space contract, you will indicate the size and total square footage of the booth you are contracting for and submit the signed contract via ICE USA’s online sales platform, Map Your Show.

February 1, 2018

All signed online space contracts are due in order to participate in the priority space draw process. Early bird booth space rates will apply to all contracts submitted by February 1, 2018.

Mid-February, 2018

Based on assigned priority points, you will receive the date and time for your booth selection, a link to the live, interactive online floor plan and detailed instructions and tips for the priority space draw process. The floorplan will be updated in real time, allowing you to view which booths have been assigned prior to your allotted appointment time. After your selection, a booth confirmation and invoice will be sent for your records.

First-time ICE USA Exhibitors

New exhibitors who did not participate in 2017 are strongly encouraged to participate in the early space selection process. While you will not have priority points from the 2017 show, the order in which you may select space will be determined by the date and time your online contract was received. New exhibitors to ICE USA will be assigned an appointment time to select a booth following the appointments for past exhibitors.

We are excited to implement this new program. Please contact us at exhibit@ice-x-usa.com or 312-707-8870 should you have any questions.

Videos ICE USA 2017

“We have had such success here that we’ve already signed up for the next show. It’s been beneficial for us to bring our new technology to ICE. ICE offered a platform to introduce our new technology to both the staff of exhibiting companies and visitors, to see what we can offer.”

Tim Claffey, New Way Air Bearings

“I can’t really give a value to ICE because the show has been priceless for us. And, by showcasing equipment on the floor we attracted more customers and prospects to come through our booth.”

Richard McDonald, PPCTS

“The customers we see here are decision makers. Companies also send their technical people to see what’s new and what they are going to need for the future to stay competitive and efficient.”

Jens Vollpott, Kroenert

“People love to see the equipment. They want to talk about their applications and how it fits. We’ve had conversations where we’re sketching out their applications and coming up with good solutions for them. So, there’s definitely an advantage to having running equipment and materials people can view.”

Terrence Clark, TAKK Industries

“This is where all the big boys are. This is where all the equipment manufacturers are. It’s where all the OEM’s are. And, anybody who’s anybody runs equipment at ICE.”
