ICE USA hosts 3M Engineering and Manufacturing Technology Chapter
Posted 3rd February 2017 by Melissa Magestro
Over the years, ICE USA has become an important meeting place for companies to host divisional or special interest group meetings, conduct internal training, or hold hospitality events for customers or teams.
Take 3M for example. We are looking forward to hosting 3M’s Engineering and Manufacturing Technology Chapter group at ICE USA 2017. We recently talked with Chris Tatro, Category Manager for Packaging and Converting Equipment at 3M, who says ICE USA has been the perfect venue where the company’s converting professionals from different divisions and different countries can meet up to network, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects. “3M has so many different divisions. Getting our worldwide Engineering and Technology Chapter Meeting members together at shows like ICE USA allows us to build camaraderie and help each other on projects.”
ICE USA is ramping up to be one of the largest shows we have ever had both in attendance and exhibitors. We have over 100,000 square feet of exhibit space for both the converting exhibitors and the new InPrint USA, industrial, digital print solution exhibitors. Thanks to companies like 3M who are sending multiple employees to the show to find new solutions, see the latest technology and equipment on display, stay up to date in their field with technical education, and build relationships with people both inside and outside their company.
“When we discovered that companies were using the ICE USA show as a meeting point for their internal communities and chapter meetings, we wanted to create a special program to make their experience at the show easy and memorable,” said Melissa Magestro, Executive Vice President of Mack Brooks Exhibitions, Inc. “If your company is planning on sending 15 or more attendees to ICE USA then you’ll want to take advantage of our VIP Program designed to make your experience at the show easy and memorable.”
The ICE USA show VIP Program features include:
• Concierge Service Registration – Send us a spreadsheet of company attendees and your ICE USA concierge will register them for you at no additional fee.
• VIP Badge Pick-Up – It’s like the Fast Pass at Disney World. VIPs will have their own fast line for badge pick-up on site.
• Access to the VIP Lounge – The show floor lounge will offer beverages and snacks, free Wi-Fi, printers, tables and chairs for meeting or just relaxing, and the ability to schedule private meetings in the VIP lounge meeting room.
• Private Meeting Rooms – Book a private meeting room at the show for meetings, trainings, or your own company hospitality event. Our concierge will help arrange all of the details.
“A branded VIP Lounge exclusively for 3M attendees would be a big benefit to us. We are always looking for a landing spot during the day to talk with customers or exhibitors,” said 3M’s Tatro. “We are looking forward to connecting with other EMTC group members at ICE USA in April.”
If you have a large group of employees attending ICE USA April 25-27th in Orlando, FL, then give us a call at 866-899-4728 with any questions or to get started. An ICE USA concierge is available to help you with all of your registration and event planning needs.
